My account

How do I set up an account?

Create a new account by selecting ‘Register’ and completing the available options. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved and are then able to order products.


How do I change my account information?

You can manage your account information and make changes using the ‘Account Settings’ function listed within your account dashboard. If you need to change your email address, please email a member of the team.


I’ve recently become a Go Construct STEM Ambassador, how do I change my account?

If you’ve recently joined the Go Construct STEM Ambassador programme we can change your account so that you can access all the products and services available exclusively to Ambassadors. Please contact the team directly and they will amend your account for you.


Delivery options

What are your standard delivery terms?

All standard deliveries within the UK are free of charge, and we aim to deliver these orders within 2-3 working days.


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all four nations of the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Currently products are not available to order for delivery to international locations.


Can I track my delivery?

The orders are delivered by a variety of courier and postal services. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact a member of the team for support.


What should I do if some of my order is missing?

If your order hasn’t been delivered or parts of it are missing, please contact the team as soon as possible and we will support to get your order completed.


My orders

Can I see all the orders placed on my account?

The Go Construct Shop provides a full view of orders placed on your account. This information is located within your account dashboard under the ‘My Order History’ section.


Do I need to pay any money?

No, this service and the products are provided to you free of charge.


What if the product I want isn’t in stock?

Our products are managed on a first come, first served basis, with maximum quantities in place to ensure fair access. If a product is listed as out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification to let you know when it’s available again.


Why can’t I order as many of a product as I like?

To ensure fair access for all users and support sustainability, we’ve set maximum order quantities for most products. Please order only what you need.
